The Mobile App will launch on October 21st!

Make sure you have the "Cvent Events" app downloaded.

On your mobile device, access the  App Store  or  Google Play Store  and search for the "Cvent Events" app. Once you've found the app, download it.

Logging in to the Event App

1. Return to your device's home screen and open the app. Enter the event in the search bar: AALAS.

2. Tap the download event icon.

3. Enter your first name, last name, and email. Then tap the arrow.

4. Verify your account. You'll either receive an email from Betty Cartwright (check your spam folder) or a text containing a verification code. Read it, then return to the app, enter the code, and tap the arrow.

5. After entering the verification code, you'll be logged in and taken to the event's home page.

NOTE: Verification codes can only be used once and expire after 24 hours. If you're logging in on multiple devices, you'll receive a new verification code for each.

Getting Your Badge

To speed up your badge printing process, please have your AALAS National Meeting app loaded on your mobile device and your badge QR code ready when you arrive at the registration counter in the Music City Center.

Inside the mobile app, you will access a QR code that will allow you to print your badge onsite at the Registration counters.

Look for the Profile icon on the app's Home page. From here, tap Digital Badge.

• Photo ID is required to receive your badge.

• Please have your QR code ready when you approach the registration counters.
